Gaynor Home

The Gaynor Home

The Gaynor home in Union Hall is a four-bedroom, 3½ bath Craftsman style home with many personal touches.  The 4,100-square-foot house sits on a gently sloping lot with beautiful landscaping and an easy walk to the dock.  The open-concept family room has a vaulted ceiling, walnut-stained floors from a local mill, and a stacked stone fireplace featuring custom woodwork.  The kitchen is tastefully finished with a white and gray color scheme and beautiful quartz countertops.  The main floor’s primary suite has gorgeous lake and mountain views, and a home office with custom cherry cabinetry showcases the homeowners’ memorabilia.  Upstairs, two bedrooms and a common area feature beautiful quilts and antiques.  On the lower-level, a second kitchen space adjoins a comfortable rec room containing another stacked stone fireplace, a pool table, pinball machine, and many family mementos.  The rec room is flanked by a bedroom and full bath on one side, and the Husband’s workshop on the other.  An outdoor patio area with a tile floor rounds out the lower level.
