The Duncan Home
Located in Moneta, the Duncan home has 5500 square feet with a French Country exterior and an eclectic farmhouse style inside. The home was built in 2000 and renovated in different stages from 2020-2022. The interior is open concept with white oak washed floors and a vaulted wooden ceiling in the entryway. The kitchen features two-toned cabinetry, quartz countertops and a large island with a butler pantry across the hall. Next to the kitchen is an inviting sunroom complete with electric powered skylights and a stained beadboard pine ceiling. A dining room cabinet features a display of Czechoslovakian family china. The master bedroom has a coffered ceiling and spectacular lake views, and the master bath has cherry cabinetry and a large soaking tub overlooking the lake. A guest room and full-size bath along with a large mudroom/laundry round out the main level. The lower level is the site of a rec room, full kitchen, office and 2 more bedrooms. On the outside, there are lots of paved paths to the front, side and dock area along with an over/under garage.
