The Campbell Home
The Campbell Home in the Saunders Point subdivision in Huddleston is a fully renovated cottage-style home the homeowners affectionately call “The Breezy Inn.” Originally built in 1984, the 4-bedroom 3-bath home was a traditional ranch that the homeowners expanded with an addition that more than doubled the size of the home. With a creative eye toward casual modern style as well as aging in place, the homeowners’ updates incorporated innovative design elements throughout to seamlessly camouflage and incorporate the original home with the addition. Gorgeous white oak floors anchor the open concept main living area which is highlighted with a zero-clearance fireplace. The adjoining kitchen features a 13′ island with a waterfall quartz countertop, walnut cabinetry with push-to-open drawers and doors, and beautiful lighting fixtures. The nearby screened porch is original to the home and allows access from both the living room as well as the luxurious primary bedroom that’s arranged to capture wide-water views. Downstairs, a bunkroom handles visiting grandkids with ease, and a fun entertainment area leads you out to a beautiful, level yard with an easy walk to the dock.
